Ashirvad medical van

Introduction

In order to reach people in remote parts of Gujarat, Ashirvad Foundation has two mobile medical vans continuously patrolling faraway villages.

The mobile medical Van 1 has given medical facilities in 30 tribal villages near Dharampur district, Valsad. The mobile medical Van 2 reaches the surrounding villages of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.

The mobile medical vans are always assisted by qualified doctors, efficient staff and van drivers. Free medical consultation and free medicine distribution is carried out through these vans, wherever they are docked. Free medicines are provided to minimum 50-70 patients per day per Van. Apart from free medication, Ashirvad team also imparts education to the rural people for the betterment of their lifestyle. The team also guides the rural people about the benefits of the government healthcare policies in general.
